Aztec Sham
(the kinder version of the rub)
1C cumin
1C olive oil
1/3C minced garlic
¼ C red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp Orgave
1 Tbsp cayenne
1/3 C kosher salt
(recommended for beef, poultry, and fish)
Bold, sweet and spicy
½ Tbsp Crushed pepper
1 Tbsp Orgave
2 Tbsp kosher salt
1tspn orange zest
¼ C orange juice (fresh)
1tspn rice vinegar
(recommended for poultry/ pork/ fish)
Teriyaki
1c soy sauce
½c water
¼c white sugar
¼c Worcestershire sauce
2 tbspns distilled white vinegar
3 tbspns grapeseed oil
1/3c dried onion flakes
2 tbspns minced garlic
3 tspn grated fresh ginger
(recommended for… all teriyaki dishes, including vegetables)
